Arianna Turso, PTA
Arianna was born in White Plains, New York and raised in Brick, New Jersey. In 2018, Arianna graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. She was a competitive gymnast at SUNY Cortland throughout her four years. Arianna moved with her family to Arizona in 2020 and went on to attend Pima Medical Institute. During her third clinical rotation, she became an intern of Brendan's. She passed the NPTE in April of 2023 and has begun her first year as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Flex Physical Therapy. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, working out, playing instruments and spending time with friends and family.
Kevin White, PTA
Kevin is a native of Glendale, Arizona, and has been working as a PTA for over 8 years. He graduated from Carrington College-Mesa, AZ in 2015. During his clinical rotations at Carrington, he became a student of Brendan’s. He then began working with Brendan at his previous clinic in April 2015, treating orthopedic, sports medicine and neurologic clients. Starting in 2017, Kevin also worked at Cobalt Rehabilitation Hospital in Surprise, Arizona. While at Cobalt, he worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating patients with disabilities including strokes, amputations, traumatic brain injuries, joint replacements, and general weakness. Kevin specializes in soft tissue mobilizations, balance therapy, and therapeutic exercise. He is also certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training. In his spare time, he enjoys wood working, welding, staying physically active, and playing with his dog, Daisy.

Lisa Gucciardo
Lisa is an Arizona native and grew up in Sierra Vista, Arizona. In 1990, Lisa graduated from ASU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and went on to graduate from NAU with a Master’s Degree in Counseling. She worked in public education for almost 20 years before joining our team in August of 2022. She enjoys traveling, reading, being in nature and spending time with her family and pets, Baxter, Sophie and Homer.
Tammy Stake
Tammy was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Arizona with her husband and two sons in 2009. She previously worked for Brendan from 2012 to 2016 before coming to Flex PT in 2023. Tammy has 30+ years of experience in various medical office settings and is proficient in medical insurance and billing. In her spare time, she enjoys fashion, home decorating, Bible prophecy, watching old movies, and spending time with family and her pet dachshund, Barkley.
Brendan graduated with honors from Arizona State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology. He went on to receive his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the Mayo School of Health Sciences in Rochester, MN in 1994 and was class president. In 1998, he earned the title of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He started his PT career in the outpatient department at Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ and from 2006-2016 he was Co-Owner/Clinic Director of Contact Physical Therapy in Scottsdale. Brendan started FLEXPhysical Therapy in 2016 and has practiced outpatient physical therapy for over 25 years. He has worked closely with the athletes, team physicians, and athletic trainers for Mesa Community College as well as several local high schools. Specializing in orthopedics/sports medicine, Brendan uses manual therapy techniques with emphasis on manual traction and joint/soft tissue mobilizations to the spine and extremities. Progressive therapeutic exercises are used to help reach each client's goals. He is Certified in Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction Training. He is also a provider of the Graston Technique, Vestibular/Balance Therapy and Kinesiotaping. He is a member of the Phoenix Fit running club and enjoys working out several times a week.
